Odell Beckham Jr. addressed the media Friday as the controversy swirling around the wide receiver refuses to die down.
With coach Pat Shurmur and owner John Mara both calling him out for his recent behavior, including comments that seemed throw his team and coaches under the bus, Beckham tried to be diplomatic while putting the focus on the Giants’ upcoming Monday night matchup with the Falcons.
“The focus is Atlanta,” Beckham said. “We need to start winning games. That’s all I care about.”
Asked specifically about Mara’s criticisms, Beckham said he respects the owner but that they have not spoken.
