According to Rupert Kelley, the NY Giants worked out quarterback Joe Callahan and wide receiver Bennie Flower III on Monday.
Callahan went undrafted back in 2016 and has played for four different organizations since.
Ian Rapoport reported last week that if Eli Manning gets replaced, it’s “unlikely” to be someone on the roster.
At least, for the time being.
It seems crazy for Callahan – if signed – to just step right in and take his job, but after Geno Smith took Manning’s job last year, you just never know.
