According to NFL Trade Rumors, the Oakland Raiders have waived/injured offensive lineman T.J. Clemmings.
Many players who are waived with injury designation are usually not ready to play right away, but most of the time, they return at some point in the season.
The Giants waived safety Darian Thompson with an injury designation before the start of the year, and he was healthy enough for the Cowboys to add him to their active roster on October 9.
The Raiders did the same with safety Obi Melifonwu (he was waived/injured in late-August, went unclaimed, landed on their Injured Reserve, and later Released in October) and he’s been healthy enough to try out for teams over the past week or so.
