According to NY Giants head coach Pat Shurmur, Eli Manning is no guarantee to start this week vs the Tampa Buccaneers.

On Monday, Shurmur was asked about the quarterback situation, saying (per Pat Leonard):

“We’re gonna talk about everything moving forward. I think that’s fair at this point.”
