New NY Giants head coach Joe Judge has put together quite the offensive coaching staff, and tight end Evan Engram figures to be one of the biggest beneficiaries of the well-rounded staff. Kitchens worked with Jason Witten during his time in Dallas, and Dooley was able to get a couple of highly productive seasons out of Randy McMichael during their time together in Miami.
