According to Dan Duggan of The Athletic, the NY Giants have received a seventh-round pick from the Green Bay Packers in exchange for linebacker B.J. Goodson.
The Packers also added a seventh-round pick of their own in the deal, leading to a swap of picks between the two teams.
The Giants received a seventh-rounder from the New Orleans Saints last season when they dealt cornerback Eli Apple, so this move is likely being done based on the expectation of moving up a few spots in the draft.
Green Bay is handing over the pick they received from the Baltimore Ravens last year when they traded running back Ty Montgomery.
