The Patriots continue to marvel.
Despite losing their top two cornerbacks to free agency and having an injury-battered offensive line, the Patriots are 4-0 and look even better than the team that won the Super Bowl eight months ago.
Tom Brady & Co., who retained their hold on the top spot in The Post’s NFL Power Rankings with a 30-6 throttling of the Cowboys last week, lead the league in at least nine different offensive categories and are seventh in the NFL in scoring defense after finishing eighth in that category last year.
With Brady (347 passing yards per game with 11 TDs and zero interceptions) off to a blazing start of his own, the Patriots don’t figure to cool off anytime soon.
