Paul Worrilow
The NY Jets worked out linebacker Paul Worrilow on Friday.
Worrilow signed with the Baltimore Ravens in August but asked to be released after being undecided about his NFL future.
Vincent Rey
The Jets also worked out linebacker Vincent Rey on Friday.
Rey spent all nine of his NFL seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals before not being re-signed this past offseason.
Spencer Ware
The Oakland Raiders worked out running back Spencer Ware on Friday.
