The buzz about former Giants coach Tom Coughlin's return to the NFL has already worn off for some.
Coughlin was hired as the Jaguars' executive vice president of football operations on Jan. 12. It's a return to Coughlin's roots, as he was the first head coach of the Jaguars when the expansion franchise joined the NFL in 1995.
Not everyone is encouraged about the homecoming, according to an SI.com report. The Jaguars have set up an interesting power structure, with Coughlin having the final say over the roster. That leaves general manager Dave Caldwell in a tenuous spot.
