On Saturday, the New York Giants suffered another setback as far as the wide receiver position. The news broke that the league decided to suspend receiver Golden Tate for the first four games of the regular season.
The suspension is due to Tate failing a performance-enhancing drug test.
In a Twitter post on Saturday, Tate claimed his reasoning for the failed test as well as stated how he would be appealing the suspension.
If Tate’s statement is true, there’s reason to believe that the NFL should reverse his suspension.
