Going into their crucial game against the Seattle Seahawks, the New York Giants are left with a tough situation at QB. It looks like Daniel Jones is unlikely to play due to injury, and with that, the Giants only have Colt McCoy as a viable starter.
But if McCoy goes down, the question of who will play the quarterback position becomes dodgier. Sitting behind McCoy on the depth chart is former Northwestern quarterback Clayton Thorson, but the Giants are bringing in new help. Or more accurately, old help.
That help comes in the form of a face that Giants fans will already be familiar with from previous seasons – Alex Tanney.
