New York Giants Waive Running Back Robert Martin

According to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan, the New York Giants have waived running back Robert Martin to make room for linebacker Nate Stupar.

The Giants waived former Rutgers RB Robert Martin to make room for LB Nate Stupar. Martin was the 4th RB on the roster. They’ll roll with Saquon Barkley, Wayne Gallman, Jonathan Stewart for opener.

Martin, an undrafted free agent from Rutgers, had originally made the team as the fourth back on the depth chart.
