Here's your Monday practice report, and it won't help you feel better about the offensive line.
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants might just as well have flown a banner over Quest Diagnostics Training Center on Monday night that read "We have no idea how we will configure the right side of our offensive line." Because it's crystal clear from watching the proceedings at the latest training camp practice that Giants find themselves in that situation.
The Giants tried a bunch of combinations.
John Jerry at RG/Marshall Newhouse at RT (this was the opening combination)
Geoff Schwartz at RG/Newhouse RT
Jerry RG/Schwartz RT
Schwartz RG/Jerry RT (yes, Jerry RT)
Jerry RT (with the second group)/Brandon Mosley RG
So, no, the Giants have no idea how this will shake out.
