The New York Giants will bring in free agent offensive lineman Mike Remmers in the coming weeks, according to Ryan Dunleavy of NJ.com. In the previous visit, Remmers had been dealing with an undisclosed injury. The Giants intend to give him a medical re-examination before offering him a contract.
Remmers played his last season at guard for the Minnesota Vikings, starting all 16 games. He is a 30-year-old veteran who has played both the tackle and guard in the NFL.
Remmers played the right tackle position in 2017 under Pat Shurmur’s offense in Minnesota.
