New York Giants To Place Zak DeOssie On Injured Reserve

According to multiple sources, the New York Giants are expected to place long-snapper Zak DeOssie on Injured Reserve.

DeOssie is dealing with ankle and wrist issues that have played a part in some of his shaky snapping of late.

This is the final year of DeOssie’s contract and many believe it will be his last as a member of the Giants.

He’s been on the roster since the 2007 season when he was a fourth-round draft pick out of Brown University.

Colin Holba is expected to be promoted from the practice squad to take his spot as the team’s long-snapper.
