EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY—Few believed the (5-8) New York Giants would be in playoff contention in the middle of December after a 1-7 start, but that’s where they stand heading into their matchup on Sunday against the (7-6) Tennessee Titans Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
Although their playoff hopes are slim, head coach Pat Shurmur has his team motivated and believing they can beat anybody.
