New York Giants TE Evan Engram unlikely to play on Thursday (Report)

Another tough blow for Big Blue when it comes to the injury bug.

On Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that New York Giants tight end Evan Engram has a sprained MCL. This could keep Engram out of commission for the time being, which may include Thursday night’s game against the New England Patriots.

It’s not confirmed he’ll be out, but Schefter says it’ll be a “challenge” for him.

In addition to WR Sterling Shepard being out Thursday at New England and RB Saquon Barkley being unlikely to play, there’s also a real chance the Giants will be without TE Evan Engram, who is dealing with a sprained MCL, per source.
