For the second time this year, the New York Giants will be without their No. 1 tight end.
On Wednesday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN reported that Evan Engram is expected to miss this Sunday’s game against the New York Jets. Engram is dealing with a mid-foot sprain, one he suffered during Monday night’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He initially was going to be evaluated on a week-to-week basis, so it’s not 100% clear whether or not he’ll play after the Giants’ Week-11 BYE week.
“Timing works out,” Engram said, per Raanan.
