The New York Giants made it a priority to build out the secondary this offseason, drafting DeAndre Baker in the first round, Julian Love in the fourth, and Corey Ballentine in the sixth.
Previously, the cornerback unit was believed to be the weakest link on the team, but general manager Dave Gettleman made sure to address that narrative. However, there’s a ton of inexperience at the position and bringing in a fresh veteran might be a good idea.
