Holmes was a fourth-round pick (121st overall) by the Colts back in 2013 after being regarded as one the year’s top interior line prospects. During his collegiate career at USC, Holmes served as a team captain and was named one of the six finalists for the Rimington Trophy, college football’s annual award for the season’s top center.
