New York Giants Should ‘Heavily’ Consider Drafting This Safety in the Second Round

Having 12 picks in the 2019 NFL Draft helps the New York Giants tremendously. It allows them to trade up into any given round and grab a player with more potential and a higher probability of success.

The Giants have several holes on the team that need assistance through quality and immediate impact. One of the more troublesome positions is free safety – former Arizona Cardinals defenseman Antoine Bethea was recently signed to fill the void. Clearly, Curtis Riley didn’t pan out after being converted from cornerback.

Bethea is a solid player but is 34-years-old and father time is ticking.
