The pick is in, once again.
The New York Giants have officially drafted Clemson defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence with the No. 17 overall pick in the NFL Draft. To many Giants fans, this could be a great pick for Big Blue.
Lawrence was one of the more dominant defensive linemen in the country last year. Lawrence is a pure run-stuffing nose tackle who’ll immediately fill the void left by Damon Harrison.
Lawrence totaled 36 combined tackles, seven tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks for the National Champion Tigers this past year.
The newest Giant will now play alongside the likes of defensive lineman B.
