Just about everyone who follows the New York Giants has accepted the fact that it’s time for an Eli Manning replacement.
Manning is currently Pro Football Focus’ 25th ranked quarterback and he hasn’t recorded a grade over 70 for the entirety of a season since 2012.
Another telling stat is his yards per attempt.
The Giants quarterback averaged under 6.8 yards per attempt in 2016, under 6.1 last season, and under 6.5 in 4 of the team’s 6 games this season.
