Yesterday I opined about the three New York Giants who I thought had the most to gain in last night’s preseason finale. Kyle Lauletta obviously made the list, and he surely took advantage of the opportunity. The second-year quarterback was the undisputed star of the game, leading Big Blue to a furious 19 point second-half comeback. Lauletta found Alonzo Russell for a 14-yard touchdown as time expired to put a cap on what was about as exciting of a fourth preseason game as one could hope for.
It was hard not to be happy for the young signal-caller.
