In 2007 he drafted Ahmad Bradshaw in the seventh round, and last year he took Paul Perkins in the fifth round. Both Bradshaw and Perkins were the New York Giants most productive back at the end of their rookie seasons and helped push the team into the playoffs.
The Giant believe their fourth round pick Wayne Gallman has the potential to do the same.

Gallman is a strong talented and versatile back that is also good in pass protection.
