It’s safe to say that it’s been a strange career for New York Giants running back Paul Perkins. He went from a rookie backup to former Giants running back Rashad Jennings, to a starter heading into year No. 2, to landing on season-ending injured reserve and missing the entirety of the 2018 season.
Many fans may have even been surprised that Perkins is still on the roster. But, he is, and he’ll ultimately be competing for a reserve running back spot. And even though his career has seen mostly negatives up to this point, the former UCLA Bruin still believes in what he can bring to the table.
