New York Giants QB Tommy DeVito might miss Thanksgiving Day game vs. Dallas Cowboys

New York Giants quarterback Tommy Devito might miss Thursday’s Thanksgiving Day game against the Dallas Cowboys, Giants coach Brian Daboll said on Tuesday. DeVito has a forearm injury.

DeVito was not on Monday’s injury report. Daboll said the quarterback would be limited in Tuesday’s practice, adding that he was “hopeful” DeVito would be ready to start, but that was “not 100 percent.”

DeVito, of course, became the starter last week after Daniel Jones was benched, then ultimately requested and received his release.

DeVito went 21 of 31 for 189 yards in the Giants’ 30-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
