The 2024 season is over for Tyler Nubin, one of the promising rookies the New York Giants hope helps them build a better future. Nubin, the Giants’ second-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, was placed on injured reserve on Wednesday with an ankle injury suffered Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.
The Giants signed cornerback Divaad Wilson off the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad to fill Nubin’s roster spot.
The loss of Nubin is the latest blow to an injury-ravaged Giants team that is 2-11 and has lost eight straight games.
