General manager Dave Gettleman has done his part in piecing together the Giants offense in a last-ditch attempt to salvage the back end of Eli Manning’s career. Bolstering the offensive line was the priority since his hiring in 2018 and then ridding the team of cancerous players that would harm the culture and quiet Manning’s voice.
Eli has never been the player to speak up and lead with a booming voice but rather by example. He tries to prove his worth and set the benchmark with his impeccable preparation, and the 2019 season will be no different. However, the question is — can Manning succeed with the Giants at this point in his career?
