Hand injuries can often times derail the career of any wide receiver, but former Brown, Corey Coleman, has made a statement in his time with the New York Giants so far.
Despite not earning a ton of reps as a pass-catcher, simply due to Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard, and Bennie Fowler’s familiarity with the offensive playbook, Coleman has made an immediate impact.
In the Giants’ victory over the San Francisco 49ers, Coleman earned himself a compliment from head coach Pat Shurmur and some well-deserved recognition from the fan-base. He recorded his first catch as a Giants with three defenders close-by, snagging a pass that was zipping through a tight window.
