New York Giants mandatory mini-camp: 6 storylines to follow

The New York Giants will hold their mandatory mini-camp Tuesday and Wednesday. Let’s look at some of the things to watch for over the two days.

Daniel Jones in 11-on-11?

The Giants’ quarterback participated in 7-on-7 periods during OTAs. He left 11-on-11 work to Drew Lock, Tommy DeVito and Nathan Rourke as he comes back from last season’s torn ACL.

Jones has thrown the ball well and, more importantly, shown no hesitation or discomfort moving around on his surgically-repaired knee. Might the quarterback, under pressure to play well with no guaranteed money remaining beyond this year in his four-year, $160 million contract, take part in 11-on-11 drills this week?
