Rhule, who met with the Carolina Panther on Tuesday morning with the expectation that he would interview with the Giants later on in the day, never even made it out of the Panther’s facilities before finalizing a deal.
The Giants are now in a disadvantageous position, losing out on Rhule, forcing them to settle on another option.
