According to Art Stapleton of The Record, Giants defensive end Kerry Wynn is in concussion protocol.
After the first month of the season, Wynn was the fifth-ranked player at his position and named one of the NFL’s “Biggest Surprises” by Pro Football Focus.
Since then, his star has fallen a bit, as he’s now their 75th ranked player among interior defensive lineman.
But he provides a strong grade against the run (76.7) which the Giants need desperately after trading one of the league’s best run defenders, Damon Harrison.
