The New York Giants activated J.T. Thomas and Shaun Draughn off the PUP list on Tuesday.
In five seasons in the NFL, J.T. Thomas has only started in 23 games. His last game played was in week one of the 2016 season before being placed on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.
On Tuesday, Thomas was activated from the PUP list after a strenuous battle to return to form. Now, he will have his opportunity to become the player the Giants paid him to be.
Big Blue signed Thomas to a three-year, $10 million deal back in 2015, in which he's only played in 12 games since his arrival according to profootballreference.
