The New York Giants are hoping that they did enough this offseason to avoid the pitfalls of their back to back losing seasons. The team was active early into free agency and had a strong draft class. But as we look at the team overall, is their hope for a fresh start or will the same old story haunt the Giants?
The Giants problems in the 2014 season consisted of a shaky and inconsistent offensive line, a soft front seven and a below average secondary. Some of these problems will still be there in the 2015 season.
With Will Beatty being sidelined for 5-6 months, and a raw rookie taking his place at left tackle, there is reason for concern on the offensive line.
