The New York Giants got some help for star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence on the free agent market on Monday, reportedly signing veteran defensive tackle Roy Robertson-Harris to a two-year, $10 million contract.
Robertson-Harris is a nine-year veteran who has played for the Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars and Seattle Seahawks. He split last season between Jacksonville and Seattle, appearing in 17 games with 2.0 sacks, 20 tackles and 5 quarterback hits.
Robertson-Harris was released last week by Seattle, and was thus eligible to sign before the free agency signing period officially begins on Wednesday afternoon.
