The New York Giants offense once again took most of Sunday off, leading to yet another loss.
Adrian Peterson ran for 149 yards and a touchdown, earning two on the day overall, on the other side, and the Giants, despite 316 yards from Eli Manning, fell to the Washington Redskins by a 20-13 final.
The division-leading Redskins got their relative rout on early, their second drive going 73 yards in 10 plays. Peterson would earn his first score of the day from seven yards, courtesy of an Alex Smith throw.
