One of the more productive aspects for the New York Giants’ defense this past season was DE Kerry Wynn.
In his fifth year out of Richmond, Wynn had 39 tackles, along with 1.5 sacks and two forced fumbles. For a guy that signed a one-year deal worth $1.25 million last year, Wynn has performed up to his standards. Now the Giants will be looking to retain him for a longer deal, but it may not be easy.
“The Giants defensive end and special teams standout is expected to have a much deeper market this year that should lead to a multi-year contract, according to a source familiar with the situation,” writes Ryan Dunleavy of nj.
