One of the mysteries of this New York Giants roster is the cornerback they selected in the 2018 NFL Supplemental Draft. Sam Beal previously spent time at Western Michigan University. The current second-year man could’ve had a good chance to compete for a starting job this year.
But ever since he’s come into the league, he’s dealt with numerous injuries. From a season-ending shoulder injury sustained in July of 2018 to his lingering hamstring issues this preseason, we ask ourselves: “Will we ever see Sam Beal play for Big Blue?”
Despite the setbacks for this young defensive back, Beal remains confident in what he can bring to the table.
