This week, the New York Giants can come away from Arizona with a win. Fortunately, these Birds are just as dysfunctional as the G-Men are. Offensively the Cards rank 27th in the league – averaging only 17.6 points per game. They are a worse rushing team than the Giants – gaining a paltry 85.4 yards per game on the ground. Overall, they average 319.9 yards per game, good for 21st in the NFL.
Obviously, the Cardinals offense does not send shivers down anyone’s back. Very simply, this game must be won by the defense. There still is enough individual talent around to get the job done.
