The New York Giants will bring in former Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman Mike Remmers to compete for their right tackle position.
The veteran already had two visits with the Giants prior to his official signing. The two visits helped showcase Remmers’s talents and allowed Big Blue to find their guy. He and the Giants agreed on a one-year deal worth $2.5 million with $1 million guaranteed. Now Remmers will look to beat out Chad Wheeler and become the Giants Starting right tackle.
Remmers is a 30-year-old veteran who has experience playing the tackle and guard position.
