One of the issues to address this offseason for the New York Giants was the offensive line. The front-five of the offense was tied for 22nd in the NFL last season in sacks allowed with 47. It was the highest number of single-season sacks that longtime Giants quarterback Eli Manning has ever had to endure.
However, the Giants didn’t draft an offensive lineman until the seventh round of the NFL Draft. With the No. 232 overall pick, they chose George Asafo-Adjei out of the University of Kentucky.
Despite working from the ground-up when it comes to the depth chart, Asafo-Adjei made great progress this spring.
