The NFL Annual Meeting concluded on Wednesday with the approval of two more rule changes to go along with the seven voted in yesterday.
The first involves the disqualification of a player who is penalized twice in one game for certain types of unsportsmanlike conduct fouls, regardless of whether the penalty is accepted or declined by the opponent. The second changes the spot of the next snap after a touchback resulting from a free kick to the 25-yard line, as opposed to the 20. Both were adopted on a one-year trial basis and will be reviewed after the season.
