EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Frank Cignetti Jr. is the Giants’ fourth quarterbacks coach in four years. He follows Sean Ryan, Danny Langsdorf and Mike Sullivan (who is now the offensive coordinator under Ben McAdoo, and who preceded Ryan as the QBs coach).
