A New Jersey man by the name of John Gorman has been hit with a five year prison sentence after scamming New York Giants fans.

Rob Spahr of NJ.com has the details:

49-year-old Monmouth County man has been sentenced to five years in prison for scamming 16 people out of $116,550 for New York Giants season tickets seat licenses.

John Gorman, 49, of Matawan, admitted in May that he conned the victims into believing he had more than two dozen personal seat licenses for Giants games at MetLife Stadium for sale.

Gorman actually used to be a season ticket and fooled people into believing that he actually worked for the Giants.
