Jaylen Waddle’s lead as the player most often selected at No. 11 for the New York Giants in mock drafts continues to widen. This week, the Alabama wide receiver was the selection in 27 of the 81 mocks we tracked, a full 33.3 percent.
The second choice was the other Alabama wide receiver, Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith. He was selected 12 times (14.8 percent). Miami edge Gregory Rousseau and Florida tight end Kyle Pitts were each chosen 10 times (12.3 percent).
Waddle, the speedy receiver and punt returner, has been the player most often mocked to the Giants in each of our last three trackers.
