New York Giants’ great and Super Bowl 42 champion Michael Strahan admits that he wouldn’t have the job that he has with “Good Morning America” right now if it wasn’t for Big Blue’s magical championship season in 2007.
“It would be different because winning is everything wherever you are, winning in New York City magnifies you 100 times,” Strahan said, while appearing on Kyle Brandt’s “10 Questions” podcast, via the NY Post.
“I think for me as far as being known and all those things, did it help? Yeah. But I’d been here long enough to know that being in New York 15 years and playing for this team already kind of solidified me in a lot of ways, but never with the words ‘champion.
