Micah Parsons, star edge defender for the Dallas Cowboys, claimed during a recent interview that the New York Giants lied to him prior to the 2021 NFL Draft.
“The lied to me,” Parsons told Bryant McFadden of CBS Sports. “People don’t know this. They told me if I fell to 11 that they was gonna pick me.
“That’s why I punish the Giants every time.”
Parsons did, of course, fall to No. 11 in that draft. Rather than selecting him, though, then-general manager Dave Gettleman traded down to No.
