As the countdown to April 28 hits three weeks, Mel Kiper Jr. released his fourth mock draft on Wednesday. And for the fourth time, the ESPN draft guru projected a different player to the Giants at No. 10.
This time it was offensive tackle Jack Conklin of Michigan State.
