The second trial for a man who authorities say shot Giants wide receiver Kevin Ogletree's brother is set to begin Tuesday
Prosecutors say Lonnie Miller, who was 23 at the time of the 2012 shooting, was part of a group of men who confronted Calvin Ogletree in St. Albans before standing over him and firing a single bullet into his skull.
Calvin Ogletree, now 28, survived the shooting after extensive surgeries to remove part of his cranium and bullet fragments from his head. He has suffered significant medical problems since, prosecutor Emily Collins said in court on Monday.
